The Studienkolleg prepares you for studying in Germany. You will deepen your subject and German language skills and complete the assessment test - this is your admission to a university course. You can also prepare for language examinations such as the DSH (German Language Test for University Entrance), which is required for enrolment at many universities.
You need a school-leaving qualification that entitles you to study in your home country but is not directly recognized in Germany. In this case, the Studienkolleg is the necessary way to obtain a university entrance qualification. You can also prepare for language examinations such as the DSH, which many universities require for enrolment.
Applications are made online - directly to the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences. You can find the exact deadlines on our website.
German language skills at level B1 are required to take the entrance test.
The TI and WW courses usually last two semesters (one year). The DSH course lasts one semester.
