After the results of the entrance test, students are assigned to courses at the Studienkolleg.
The TI focus course is a preparatory course for technical and engineering degree programs.

Prerequisites for admission to this course are pre-admission to a technical or engineering degree course at a Saxon university and a pass in the entrance test.

Computer Science 2 - 4 hours / week
TZ/CAD 2 - 4 hours / week
English 2 - 4 hours / week
At the end of the TI course, students take the assessment test.
The WW focus course is a course to prepare students for business and economics degree programs.

Prerequisites for admission to this course are pre-admission to an economics course at a Saxon university and a successful entrance test.

At the end of the WW course, students take the assessment test.
The DSH course is a course to prepare for the German language examination for university admission for foreign applicants (DSH).
Prerequisites for admission to this course are a direct university entrance qualification for a German university, pre-admission to a degree program at a Saxon university and a pass in the entrance test.
The DSH course lasts one semester. The DSH course is taught exclusively in German.
German 20 hours / week
At the end of the DSH course, students take the DSH exam.
